Syncra – CV Kawahara

Overview

CV Kawahara is a procurement and service provider that partners with government institutions to execute projects involving equipment supply, vehicle maintenance, and more. They needed a digital solution to streamline project, contract, and order management while ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy. Syncra, a custom-built web-based ERP, was developed to meet these needs.

Challenge

Managing multiple procurement projects with complex documentation requirements proved time-consuming and error-prone. Manual order tracking, contract preparation, and data entry created inefficiencies and risks, especially under the strict standards of government partnerships. The client needed a unified system to centralize operations and minimize administrative overhead.

Solution

We built Syncra, a comprehensive ERP system tailored for government procurement workflows. The platform included modules for project tracking, contract management, purchase order creation, and document generation. To further streamline operations, we integrated an AI-based OCR engine capable of extracting data from handwritten or scanned orders and automatically inputting it into the system.

Results

Syncra helped CV Kawahara automate repetitive administrative tasks, improve project traceability, and reduce document processing time. The AI-powered data extraction significantly accelerated order intake, while the centralized platform ensured consistency and control across contracts and government engagements.
